Cancellation & Refund Policy	1. Cancellation by Customer • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time: 0% Cancellation Fee (Full Refund) • Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% Cancellation Fee (No Refund) • Failure to arrive by the tour start time (including no-shows without notice): 100% Cancellation Fee (No Refund) (Note: “24 hours before” is calculated based on the start time of each tour. Example: If the tour starts at 10:00, cancellation is free until 10:00 on the previous day.) (Note: All services provided by our company are based on Japan Standard Time (JST / UTC+9).) 2. Implementation/Cancellation Due to Weather This tour will be held rain or shine. (Cancellations due to normal rain are considered “customer convenience” and the above cancellation fees will apply.) However, if the Company determines that safe operation is difficult due to severe weather (e.g., heavy rain warnings, storms, etc.), natural disasters, or significant suspension of public transportation, the tour may be cancelled or its content changed. • If cancelled by the Company’s decision: Full Refund. • If content is changed by the Company’s decision: If you cannot participate in the changed tour, we will generally provide a refund equivalent to the case of cancellation (details will be provided individually). 3. Cancellation by the Company If the Company cancels the tour due to guide illness, accidents, or operational reasons, a full refund will be made regardless of the reason. 4. Refund Method and Timing Refunds will generally be made via the same method used for payment (credit card, etc.). The timing of the refund reflection varies depending on the processing of the card company. 5. Notifications of cancellation decisions by the Company will generally be made via email before the tour starts.
